Ingredients
- Chicken breast400 g
- Greek yogurt 0%125 g
- Zucchini2 u (400 g)
- Breadcrumbs2 tablespoons
- Garlic1 teaspoon
- Lemon1 u (85 g)
- Sweet paprika1 teaspoon
Procedure
0. In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt with the lemon juice, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken cubes and toss well to ensure they're completely coated in the marinade. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for a more intense flavor.
1. Wash and cut the courgettes into slices about 1 cm thick.
2. Once the marinating time is up, take the chicken cubes and coat them in the breadcrumbs, pressing lightly to ensure they adhere well on all sides.
3. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C. Arrange the skewers in the basket, trying not to overlap. Drizzle lightly with olive oil. Cook for 12-15 minutes, turning the skewers halfway through, until the chicken is golden brown and crispy, and the zucchini is tender but not mushy.
4. Serve the skewers hot, accompanied by a yogurt sauce or a fresh salad.
