  • 0. Start by making a blueberry cream. In a small saucepan, heat the blueberries with a tablespoon of sugar, a dash of lemon juice, and half a glass of water. Stir until the blueberries have broken down. Let cool.
  • 1. Soak the gelatin in cold water for about ten minutes. Meanwhile, melt some butter and crush the biscuits (using a rolling pin).
  • 2. Combine the melted butter and biscuits, then place the mixture in the bottom of a glass and compact with a teaspoon. Let it cool.
  • 3. Melt the gelatin in a saucepan with the cream and let it cool. Begin whipping the cream cheese and add the cream, gelatin, and sugar. Add the vanilla essence.
  • 4. Pour the cream into a glass and let it chill for a few minutes in the freezer. Then top with the blueberry jam. Let it chill in the freezer until ready to serve.
