Riso alla Cantonese saporito e colorato, preparato facilmente con il Bimby. Un piatto unico ricco di gusto e tradizione orientale.
Ingredients
- Basmati rice300 g
- Frozen peas200 g
- High-quality cooked ham150 g
- Eggs2 u (120 g)
- Fine saltto taste
- Sunflower oilto taste
Procedure
0. Rinse the rice under running water several times until the water runs clear. Pour the water into the jug and boil for 10 minutes at 100°C on speed 1, then add the rice. Place the peas and ham in the Varoma lid.
1. On the tray instead, place the baking paper wet and squeezed of water, grease it with sesame oil and pour in the eggs that you have previously beaten and salted.
2. Cover with aluminum foil and close the Varoma lid. Cook for 15 minutes, Varoma speed 3-4, which is also the cooking time for the rice.
3. Pour the rice into a large bowl along with the peas, ham, and egg omelette cut into strips, and drizzle with olive oil. Serve your Cantonese rice.
