Ingredients
- Cantaloupe melon400 g
- Whole Greek yogurt150 g
- Rice milk100 ml
- Lemon juice1 teaspoon
- Agave syrupto taste
Procedure
0. Dice the melon, remove the seeds and peel. Place the melon, yogurt, milk, honey (if using), lime juice, and ice in a blender.
1. Blend for about 30 seconds, until smooth and creamy. Pour into tall glasses and serve immediately, perhaps garnished with a fresh mint leaf.
