Ricetta per una Caipirinha fresca e equilibrata, perfetta da sorseggiare durante le calde giornate estive o come aperitivo in qualsiasi momento dell'anno.
Ingredients
- Cachaça60 ml
- Brown sugar10 g
- Lime2 u (100 g)
- Iceto taste
Procedure
0. Cut the lime into wedges and remove any seeds. Place the lime pieces and brown sugar in an Old Fashioned or lowball glass.
1. Gently mash the lime pieces with the sugar using a muddler or spoon. Add crushed ice until the glass is full.
2. Pour the cachaça over the ice and stir well to evenly distribute the lemon and sugar. Garnish with a lime wedge on the rim of the glass. Add a straw and enjoy your Caipirinha!
