- Parmigiano Reggiano DOP20 g
- Cherry tomato10 u (200 g)
- Extra virgin olive oil1 tablespoon
- Garlic1 teaspoon
- Fine saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Lemonto taste

Procedure
0. Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Cook on a hot grill for about 5-6 minutes per side, until golden brown. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
1. In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt with the lemon juice, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, grated garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper, then blend until smooth.
2. Wash and dry the lettuce, then tear it into pieces in a large bowl. Add the halved cherry tomatoes and croutons. Arrange the grilled chicken slices on top and sprinkle with Parmesan shavings.
3. Pour the dressing over the Caesar Salad and toss gently. Serve immediately to preserve the crunchiness of the ingredients.
4. For extra-crunchy croutons: Toast them in a pan with a drizzle of oil and a pinch of garlic powder. For a lighter version: Replace the croutons with sunflower or pumpkin seeds for a healthier twist. For a bolder flavor, add chopped anchovy fillets to the dressing.
