Procedure
0. Start by cleaning the sardines, removing the guts and heads, and splitting them in half. Then, coat them in flour, then in beaten egg, and finally in breadcrumbs.
1. Fry in plenty of hot oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and season with salt and lemon.
