Prepara una zuppa di fagioli neri ricca e nutriente, perfetta per riscaldare le giornate con sapori decisi e ingredienti genuini. Una ricetta semplice e salutare.
Ingredients
- Chicken broth1 L
- Black beans (dried)300 g
- Pork ribs200 g
- White onion200 g
- Cluster tomato150 g
- Bay leaf2 leaves
- Garlic1 clove
- Chili pepperto taste
- Ground cinnamonto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Fine saltto taste
- Corianderto taste
- Extra virgin olive oilto taste
Procedure
0. Soak the black beans in cold water for 12 hours. If you want to speed up the process, you can add salt.
1. Rinse the beans and drain them. Place the oil, chili pepper (whole or chopped), chopped onion and garlic, chopped pork ribs, and bay leaf in a saucepan or large bowl. Sauté everything over low heat, then add the diced tomatoes, cinnamon, and finally the black beans.
2. Add the chicken broth and cook for at least 45 minutes over low heat, covering the pan with a lid and leaving a small vent. Once the beans are cooked, season with salt and pepper and serve the black bean soup.
