Le #polpette di manzo e spinaci sono un secondo piatto succulento e nutriente, in cui la carne macinata di manzo si unisce alla freschezza degli spinaci per un risultato morbido e saporito. Aromatizzate con spezie ed erbe, possono essere cotte al forno, in padella o in friggitrice ad aria per una versione più leggera. Perfette da servire con una salsa cremosa o un contorno di verdure.
Ingredients
- Fresh spinach250 g
- Ground beef250 g
- Sliced bread50 g
- Parmigiano Reggiano DOP50 g
- Semi-skimmed milk25 ml
- Breadcrumbs25 g
- Eggs1 u (60 g)
- Fine saltto taste
- Sunflower oilto taste
- Black pepperto taste
Procedure
0. Wash the spinach and cook it in a pan with a clove of garlic and a drizzle of oil for a few minutes.
1. In a bowl, mix the meat, salt, pepper, cheese, egg, and bread slices soaked in milk and cut into pieces.

2. On a cutting board, chop the spinach and garlic. Add the spinach to the bowl with the rest of the ingredients and adjust the consistency with the breadcrumbs. Then shape the meatballs and coat them in breadcrumbs.

3. Cook the meatballs in a pan with a little oil for a few minutes, until golden brown on all sides.
