- Whole cane sugar160 g
- Peanut butter80 g
- Soy milk80 ml
- Sunflower oil30 ml
- Baking powder10 g
- Vanillin powder1 u

Procedure
0. In a bowl, mash the banana pulp well with a fork, then add the sugar, oil, almond milk, peanut butter, and vanilla extract. Separately, mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt, then add it to the liquid banana mixture. Stir thoroughly to combine the ingredients.
1. Grease the loaf pan with a drizzle of oil and dust it with flour. Pour the batter into the pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 45 minutes. Test with a toothpick to ensure the batter is cooked through. Let the banana bread cool completely before removing it from the pan.
