Ingredients
- Yellow potatoes500 g
- Sea bream300 g
- Rosemary20 g
- Lemon1 u (85 g)
- Garlic1 clove
Procedure
0. I cut the potatoes into chunks after peeling them and place them in a bowl of water and salt for five minutes. Meanwhile, I wash the fish, which the fishmonger had already cleaned. I prepare a baking dish with olive oil on the bottom.
1. I dry the potatoes with a cloth and arrange them in the baking dish. I place the hourglass in the middle. I slice the lemons and arrange them on top of the fish and potatoes. I do the same with the washed fresh rosemary sprigs. I like it, so I add a minced garlic clove, but it's not necessary.
2. I place it in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about half an hour. I stir the potatoes occasionally to prevent them from sticking to the bottom and baste the fish with a few drops of white wine.
