  • 0. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, grated potato, egg, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, and minced garlic (if using). Season with salt and pepper and adjust the consistency with breadcrumbs.
  • 1. Take small portions of the dough and shape them into uniform-sized balls, pressing them lightly with your hands. Then roll them in breadcrumbs.
  • 2. Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan assisted) or 200°C (static). Arrange the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle lightly with olive oil and add the broth. Alternatively, you can use an air fryer.
  • 3. Bake the meatballs for about 20-25 minutes, turning them halfway through to brown them evenly. The meatballs are ready when they're golden brown and cooked through.
