Ingredients
- Ground beef300 g
- Vegetable broth150 ml
- Grana Padano50 g
- Garlic1 clove
- Eggs1 u (60 g)
- Yellow potatoes1 u (200 g)
- Fine saltto taste
- Black pepperto taste
- Breadcrumbsto taste
Procedure
0. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, grated potato, egg, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, and minced garlic (if using). Season with salt and pepper and adjust the consistency with breadcrumbs.
1. Take small portions of the dough and shape them into uniform-sized balls, pressing them lightly with your hands. Then roll them in breadcrumbs.
2. Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan assisted) or 200°C (static). Arrange the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle lightly with olive oil and add the broth. Alternatively, you can use an air fryer.
3. Bake the meatballs for about 20-25 minutes, turning them halfway through to brown them evenly. The meatballs are ready when they're golden brown and cooked through.
