Gelo di limoni. Come addensante ho usato il kuzu dietro suggerimento di mia zia Carlotta. Costa un sacco di soldi ma a quanto pare ha notevoli proprietà disintossicanti e riduce la pressione arteriosa.
Ingredients
- Water250 ml
- Granulated sugar200 g
- Lemon10 u (850 g)
- Orange zestto taste
Procedure
0. Squeeze the lemons until you obtain 250 ml of juice. Prepare 200 g of sugar and 4 teaspoons of kuzu powder, a Japanese root also used as a thickener. It has some contraindications, so before using it, make sure it's safe to use.
