Salmone gratinato in friggitrice ad aria: un piatto sano, veloce e saporito con crosticina dorata, perfetto per una cena leggera e gustosa!

- Salmon400 g
- Cherry tomato125 g
- Almonds50 g
- Breadcrumbs3 tablespoons
- Extra virgin olive oil2 tablespoons
- Lemon1 u (85 g)
- Black pepperto taste
- Fresh mintto taste
- Fine saltto taste
- Balsamic vinegarto taste
Procedure
0. Start by marinating the salmon fillets with lemon and a pinch of salt and pepper. Meanwhile, prepare the gratin. Finely chop the almonds. Add the chopped mint, breadcrumbs, and extra virgin olive oil.
1. Place the fish in the air fryer, skin-side down. To prevent sticking, you can use parchment paper. Spread the gratin on top and cook at 160°C for 30 minutes.
2. Serve with a tomato and balsamic salad!
